Mr. Imad Makhzoumi

Chairman and CEO

Born in 1964, Imad Makhzoumi has a Bachelor’s of Science in civil engineering from the University of Southern California, Los Angles and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Mc Gill University in Montreal Canada.

Stared his career in the pipe business early and during his education in the USA and in Canada by working through various disciplines, departments and ranks until he joined Future Pipe Industries in Dubai in 1989.

These experiences in various aspects of the pipe business has provided him with an in depth knowledge of the pipe market which covers multiple disciplines in which he is involved. He was appointed as Vice president in 1994, and now leads the regional sales team of Future Pipe Industries in the GCC and Asia, one of the largest fiberglass growths market in the world. He also managed to expand the business into new segments and territories, particularly in Asia and the GCC and has supported the sales growth through playing an integral role in group’s vision to be the world leader in pipe manufacturing with global reach and global impact. He has been an active member of the desalination and water re-use industry by participating actively on the board of the International Desalination Association-IDA by assuming key roles in defining the direction of the water industry as President.

KAVASSERY A SUBRAMANIAN

Mr. Subramanian is a director of ENOIA BV and Vice President- Finance of Future Group Holdings SA SPF (FGH). Mr. Subramamian is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the group holding company and the engineering business of the group.

Mr. Subramanian joined the FGH Group in 2009. Since joining the Group, Mr. Subramanian has overseen the implementation of financial systems, controls and risk management policies across the Group, has spearheaded the implementation of Group consolidation process and procedures, and was actively involved in the setting up of the Family Office.

Prior to joining FGH, Mr. Subramanian held various leadership positions with Publicis Group, Zubair Enterprises and MIRC Electronics Ltd.

Mr. Subramanian has a Bachelor degree in Commerce. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Publics Accountants, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) from the USA, Chartered Accountant (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is a member of the Colorado State Board of Accountancy and is also a visiting faculty member for the Becker CPA program in Dubai.

Dr. Saba Zreik

Dr. Saba Zreik served as the Chief Legal Officer of Future Pipe Industries Group for over twenty years, where he was responsible for overseeing the management of all legal issues concerning the Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates providing professional legal advice to corporate and senior management with regard to all aspects of applicable business law and legislation.

Prior to joining Future Pipe Industries, Mr. Zreik held several positions as a House Counsel and Legal Consultant for Amiantit, Owens Corning Fiberglass Corporation, Correspondent of Hale and Dorr LLP, Associate in Lebanon of Fox & Gibbons solicitors, and President of his own Swiss consultancy firm, Manal Consultancy AG, established in 1985. Mr. Zreik completed his education in Law at St. Joseph University in Lebanon; he subsequently earned a Master’s of comparative law degree from Georgetown University and is currently a PhD candidate at both Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris II, and St. Joseph University Law School in Beirut.

Mr. Giorgio Galli

Vice President – Business Development

Since the very beginning of his professional career, Mr. Giorgio Galli was actively involved in the international water, infrastructure and environmental engineering area, developing multi-disciplinary experience thanks to his involvement in numerous national and international projects funded by the most important international institutions (WB, UN agencies, Donors Cooperation Agencies). Through these projects Mr. Galli has acquired technical, contractual and project management skills and proven leadership qualities as well as sound negotiation capacities.

Following his educational background and his first 5 years’ experience as Process Engineer and subsequently Head of Production in the main production department of a large American chemical site manufacturing silicon compounds for the electronic industry, Mr. Galli acquired a solid know-how of design, construction, start-up and operation of mechanical equipment of complex infrastructures. He worked in the engineering, supervision of construction and commissioning of the enlargement of the site production.

After joining SGI, Giorgio Galli has been involved in the design and upgrading of more than thirty plants/networks for water supply, water and wastewater treatment, collection and treatment, both in Italy and abroad. He has been also largely involved in Water/Sanitation and Water Resources Management planning projects, the most significant being the National Master Plan for Water Resources carried out in Iraq between 2010 and 2015.

Giorgio Galli also managed the preparation of tender documents carried out by SGI’s team, also thanks to his qualifications gained through advanced FIDIC training courses. He contributed to the development of project management plans (for which he has obtained the PMI certification) identifying technical problems and outlining the guidelines for a successful project implementation.

Mr. Galli has developed a unique experience in projects funded by International Funding Institutions having personally managed and/or worked for projects funded by the European Commission (EuropAid program), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the World Bank, the African Development Bank, UN agencies etc.

In the last 10 years Mr. Galli has been heavily involved in SGI’s operations in Iraq, which he personally started in 2003. In Iraq he succeeded in bringing to SGI increasingly important assignments and in developing, since 2008, an effective local organization (which could count in 2012 on 9 local offices throughout the country and about 50 in-country staff) which proved to be the key of SGI success in the country. Between 2003 and 2015, SGI was awarded more than 60 engineering/consultancy contracts for an overall contract amount of over 80 MUSD from all the main IFIs (World Bank, UN Agencies, International Cooperation Agencies) as well as from central (Ministries) and local (Governorates) authorities.

Mr. Hussein Dassouki

Business Development – UAE & KSA

Hussein Dassouki holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management. Throughout his career, Mr. Dassouki gained extensive experience related to both Manufacturing and Engineering.

Mr. Dassoukistarted his carrier at Future Pipe Industries as a Production Engineer at the manufacturing facility in Dubai and then moved to the Supply Chain Management, supporting FPI efforts to centralize costing, proposal management, demand allocation and capacity planning.

Since 2010, Mr. Dassoukijoined ENOIA Dubai as Project Manager responsible for the execution of engineering projects with prestigious end users and contractors. In 2013 Mr. Dassoukiassumed the position of Business Development Manager leading the group business development initiative in the GCC Region.

Dr. Vassilis Deligiannis

Dr. Vassilis Deligiannis is ENOIA’ s Business Development Manager for Europe and North Africa, based on Athens office.

He joined ENOIA in January 2009 at Instrumentation department and participated in several projects either as Project Specialty Leader (PSL) or as Control Systems Engineer. Soon he joined the Marketing and Sales department being also one of the core team that established ENOIA ENTAJ in 2012. Currently he is leading the team being responsible for expanding ENOIA market share in the European continent and expanding its Clientele base.

Vassilis holds a 5-years diploma in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a PhD in Modelling and Control of Industrial Systems. Among his published work are chapters in Books and research articles in several international Journals and Conferences.

Mr. Dinesh K. Sanker

Mechanical Engineer with Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration in Marketing spanning close to 15 years of work experience in Business Development, Tendering and Documentation, Commercial andContracts, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management and Vendor Development for Engineering Projects in Power, Oil & Gas, Water, Infrastructure & Industrial sectors.

Mr. Ugo Galli

Vice President – Operations

Mr. Ugo Galli is an Italian professional Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the implementation of infrastructure and environmental engineering projects covering a wide range of sectors: civil and structural engineering, buildings, water supply and sewer networks, water and wastewater treatment plants, hydraulics, transportation and environmental impact assessment. Following the degree in Civil Engineering obtained in 1989 from the University of Padua, Italy, Mr. Galli completed the postgraduate specialization at the Polytechnic Academy of Milan in 1990. In 1997 he then specialized in H&S in the construction industry. Mr. Galli is also about to complete and obtain a Master Degree in Construction Law and International Arbitration (LLM). Mr. Galli has worked extensively with international institutions (United Nations Organizations, European Commission, World Bank, EBRD), local government officials and private sector contractors. He has a proven track record in the coordination of complex projects in Europe (Italy, Albania and Romania), Africa (Algeria, Egypt, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Djibouti and Ethiopia), Middle East (Iraq, Qatar, Oman and UAE) and Far East (India, Indonesia and China.

Since the very beginning of his professional career Mr. Galli was actively involved in the international water, infrastructure and environmental engineering area. Throughout such experience Mr. Galli has acquired project, contract and claims management skills, mostly based on the FIDIC suite of contracts, and proven leadership qualities. He is committed to team building and able to organize and guide experts’ teams in an effective manner.

As far as his technical skills are concerned, Mr. Galli is an expert in management and coordination of engineering projects in the fields of civil structures (in particular infrastructural networks), buildings, urban planning, pipelines, hydraulics, environmental management, power generation (Hydropower plants). He has also supervised a large number of construction contracts both in Italy and abroad and has a vast experience in performing technical-accounting control of the implementation and execution of public works and in overseeing health and safety aspects in project design and construction works.

As part of team management Mr. Galli also coordinated and overseen the preparation of tender documents carried out by various Companies for national and international projects. He also provided assistance to various Contracting Authorities during the bid advertisement process, prequalification and bidding, evaluation and reporting

He also advises as Technical Expert several Italian Public Bodies (Municipalities, Public Utilities) on disputes (Arbitration, Court Litigation). He acts as a visiting professor and lecturer on Contract Management under the FIDIC suite of contracts at postgraduate level training courses at the University of Milan, Italy.

Mr. Tamer Sami

Operations and Control Manager

Mr. Tamer Sami holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and he is currently pursuing his MBA with a specialization in Finance.

Mr. Tamer Sami joined Future Pipe Industries in 2001 as a Technical & Costing Engineer. Throughout his tenure within the Future Pipe group, he has held a number of senior management positions in the fields of Design, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Operations Management.

In 2009, he was appointed as the General Manager of Services where he led the engineering, commercial, and projects of the US region. In 2011, as a General Manager of operations, he repositioned the US facilities to be a recognized leader in the operational excellence, costing & proposal management and capacity planning.

Since May 2016, Mr. Tamer Sami has been a part of Enoia corporate team to support the organization with its new vision and achieving the company strategic goals.

Mr. Andy Van Esch

Vice President – Engineering

Extensive Experience in solving static and dynamic stress, water hammer and vibration problems in metallic and non-metallic piping systems. Over 20 years’ experience in the design and analysis of fiberglass piping systems with an extensive experience with major pipe stress, finite element and hydraulic analysis computer codes.

Design and analysis activities, specially related to static and dynamic pipe stress analysis, vibration analysis, Waterhammer/surge analysis. Design of fiberglass piping systems for various services such as seawater intake / outfall, cooling water, chilled water, crude oil, potable water, fire water, storm–and sewer drainage with diameters ranging from DN 50 to DN 4000 and pressures from 0 to 150 barg. Project Involvement in over 400 projects of various sizes and complexity.

Mr. Janarthanan Subramanian

India Centre of Excellence

Has more than 30 years’ experience in engineering and project management in Oil and gas, power, chemicals and petrochemicals Sector.

Mr. Jana has been in charge of sales and marketing activities for the engineering divisions of Babcock Borsig group in India. He held various positions in Engineering in Engineers India Limited and Petronas Carigali in Malaysia. In addition, he was responsible for establishing a marketing base in USA and Europe for the engineering services of Babcock group. He is an alumni of Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Medhat Reda

Has over thirty six years of experience in consulting firms covering the design and construction supervision of sanitary projects, institutional strengthen and environmental impact assessment. Mr. Reda has been in charge of managing a consulting office for more than 6 years. Experience gained in working locally and abroad as Mr. Reda worked in Egypt (14 years), Gulf area (20 years) and in Africa (2 years) out of which 15 years worked in joint venture multi-national consulting consortiums.
